Tick is a habit tracker and journal for iPhone. Start from who you want to be in ten years, turn that into a handful of daily habits, and keep the loop visible on one screen.
Everything you write stays on your phone. There is no Dualshade account, because there is no Dualshade server.

Today holds your habits, the day's journal prompt, and one daily challenge. One screen that answers what to do now, then gets out of your way.
A journal with prompts
A different prompt each day, drawn from a library built around reflection rather than mood-tracking. Write as much or as little as you want.
Analysis on your device
Tick can score how an entry reads, add a short reflection, and summarise the last thirty days when you ask. On supported iPhones this runs on the phone itself — the text is never sent to us.
Habits that graduate
A habit you have kept long enough stops needing to be tracked, and Tick says so. The point is to finish with it, not to farm the streak forever.
Honest statistics
Streaks, weekly completion, an activity calendar, and a mood trend built from real entries. No flames, no confetti, and no colour rewarding you for showing up.
Widget and Shortcuts
Today's loop on the home screen, and system shortcuts for the things you do most. Both read the same local data and send nothing anywhere.
Ten languages
Written in your language, not translated at it.
Tick ships in ten languages, and the app follows your phone by default — Profile → Language switches it without a relaunch. The journal analysis answers in the language you wrote in, and each language keeps its own register rather than tracking the English word for word.

Privacy
Nothing to upload, because there is nowhere to upload it.
Your entries, habits and profile live in the app's storage on your device. Sign in with Apple only stores an identifier locally so the app recognises you again; guest mode involves no identity at all. You can export the lot to a readable file whenever you want, and read it back.
